ACTNO, 7103 BILL NO.-28-0109 TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2009 An Act for the operation of the Government of the Virgin Islands during the fiscal year October 1, 2009 to September 30, 2010 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The amounts listed in this Act, or so much of them as are sufficient to accomplish the purposes specified, as set forth, are appropriated and authorized to be paid from any funds in the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands, and such amounts are available for fiscal year October 1, 2009, to September 30, 2010.
