ACTNO. 89 BILL NO. 32-0257 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2018 An Act approving the proposed sale of Parcel No. 11-B Estate Dorothea, No. 6 Little Northside Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 230 U.S. square feet, which presently encroaches the Government's property, to The Cyril LaPlace Trust WHEREAS, the Government of the Virgin Islands owns Parcel No. 11 Estate Dorothea, No. 6 Little Northside Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands as depicted on OLG No. 3-8-T3 dated September 19, 1986: and WHEREAS, Mr. Cyril A. LaPlace, as Trustee of The Cyril A. LaPlace Trust, owns in fee simple under a Warranty Deed dated January 7, 2014 Parcel No. 10A Estate Dorothea, No. 6 Little Northside Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands consisting of 2,405 square feet, more or less, as depicted on P.W.D.
