ACTNO. 857.4 BILL NO. 34-0223 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2022 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-1! for the island of St. John to change the zoning designation of Parcel No. 12 Estate Susannaberg, No. 17A Cruz Bay Quarter, from P (Public) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-1 for the island of St. John is amended by changing the designation of Parcel No. 12 Estate Susannaberg, No. 17A Cruz Bay Quarter, consisting of approximately 2.7 U.S. acres, as shown on Drawing No. A9-591-T002, from P (Public) to R-3 (Residential- Medium Density). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on March 24, 2022. Witness our Hands and Seal of the Legislature of the Virgin Islands thin BO Day of March, A.D., 2022. President Genevieve R.
