Act No. 6307 (BILL NO. 23-0103) (Approved December 1, 1999) To defer the implementation of Title 33, chapter 111, Section 30879(c), Virgin Islands Code, "the St. Croix Capital Improvement Fund" Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The implementation of Title 33, chapter 111, section 3087(c) Virgin Islands Code; "the St. Croix Capital Improvement Fund," is hereby deferred for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2000.
