Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 That section 406 of the Water Resources Development Act 3 of 1990 (48 U.S.C. 1405c note; 104 Stat. 4646) is amend- 4 ed by striking subsection (c). 5 Passed the House of Representatives September 13, 1993.
