ACTNO. 8158 BILL NO. 32-0340 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2018 An Act approving the Lease Agreement between the Government of the Virgin Islands and Grantley Samuel WHEREAS, on August 14, 2018 the Commissioner of Agriculture, Carlos Robles, approved a Lease Agreement between the Government of the Virgin Islands and Grantley Samuel; and WHEREAS, on October 17, 2018, the Commissioner of the Department of Property and Procurement, Lloyd T. Bough, Jr., approved the Lease Agreement between the Government of the Virgin Islands and Grantley Samuel; and WHEREAS, on November 13, 2018, the Governor of the Virgin Islands, the Honorable Kenneth E. Mapp, approved the Lease Agreement between the Government of the Virgin Islands and Grantley Samuel; and WHEREAS, Grantley Samuel is leasing Plot No. 4-RB VICORP Land, Prince Quarter, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 5.437 U.S. acres; as shown on O.L.G.
