These accomplishments are the culmination of dedicated effort of our Audits and Investigations staff extending well beyond the reporting period. I am proud of their work, particularly during a time of transition. Throughout this reporting period, we have implemented many significant changes in our organizational structure and in the way we do business. We have reorganized both our Audits and Investigations offices, redirecting managerial responsibility to our field locations and redistributing functional responsibilities more evenly. We have filled key senior management positions, with an emphasis on both professional excellence and diversity. And we have promoted many of our experienced and valued employees for whom promotion had been long overdue. …
