The amounts listed in this section, or so much of them, as are sufficient to accomplish the purposes specified, are appropriated and authorized to be paid from any funds in the General Fund of the Treasury of the Virgin Islands, and are available for the Fiscal Year October 1, 2010 to September 30, 2011.
