ACTNO, 8012 BILL NO. 32-0152 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2017 - An Act ratifying Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZX-36-16 (L&W) issued to the VIRGIN ISLANDS PORT AUTHORITY to allow demolition and reconstruction of the entire Gallows Bay Marine Terminal, including a 3,020 sq. ft. building and 34,642 ft. of the existing concrete apron | WHEREAS, the St. Croix Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Commission issued Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZX-36-16 (L&W) for aterm of 20 years on July 11,2017, to the Virgin Islands Port Authority; and WHEREAS, Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZX-36-16 (L&W) authorizes the demolition and reconstruction of the entire Gallows Bay Marine Terminal. including the demolition and reconstruction of a 3,020 sq. ft. building and the repair of 34,642 ft. of the existing concrete apron located seaward of Plots Nos. 2A. 2B and 2C Garden Street, St. Croix, Virgin Islands; and WHEREAS. the Honorable Kenneth E.
