Box 4269 San Juan, Puerto Rico 00936-4269 « Dear Ms. Ramos: Pursuant to Section VII, paragraph B of the Administrative Order on Consent Index no. ll-RCRA-Proceeding 7003 & 9003-92-0401, EPA has completed the Community Relations Plan for the Tutu Wells Site. Enclosed is a copy for your information. We are planning a RI/FS scoping/informational meeting in the Anna's Retreat area in the week of May 18, 1992. As part of this meeting, EPA would like to issue a Fact Sheet regarding the field activities involved during the Rl phase. We would like to request that your consultant prepare a brief summary of the field activities involved. I have enclosed an example of Fact Sheet for this type of meeting. Please have the Fact Sheet prepare for EPA review and print by May 6, 1992. Thank you for your cooperation and assistance.
