Title 20 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 37, subchapter II, section 407, subsection (c) is amended by inserting before the penultimate sentence, a sentence that reads as follows: “The three-year prohibition on leasing medallions does not apply to veterans.” Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 22, 2015. 7A Witness our Hands and Seal of the Legislature of the Virgin Islands this 27 Day of September, A.D.. 2015.
