SD The Undersigned hereby certifies that the following is an exact copy of a resolution of the Board of Trustees of the College of the Virgin Islands adopted at its meeting on November 7, 1982, as recorded in the Minutes of said meeting: RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE COLLEGE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS WHEREAS, the Virgin Islands Water & Power Authority desires the granting of a perpetual easement by the College of the Virgin Islands for the purpose of constructing an electrical power transmission line across the St.Thomas campus of the College; and WHEREAS, the College, in exchange for said easement, will receive from the Virgin Islands Water & Power Authority a central electrical metering point and the upgrading arid improvement of the power distribution and street lighting system to the St. …

SD The Undersigned hereby certifies that the following is an exact copy of a resolution of the Board of Trustees of the College of the Virgin Islands adopted at its meeting on November 7, 1982, as recorded in the Minutes of said meeting: RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE COLLEGE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS WHEREAS, the Virgin Islands Water & Power Authority desires the granting of a perpetual easement by the College of the Virgin Islands for the purpose of constructing an electrical power transmission line across the St.Thomas campus of the College; and WHEREAS, the College, in exchange for said easement, will receive from the Virgin Islands Water & Power Authority a central electrical metering point and the upgrading arid improvement of the power distribution and street lighting system to the St. Thomas campus of the College of the Virgin Islands; NOW; THEREFORE, be it resolved that the President and Vice President of Business and Financial Affairs of the College of the Virgin Islands, are hereby authorized to execute any and all documents which they, in their discretion, deem necessary or appropriate to accomplish the granting of a perpetual easement to the Virgin Islands Water & Power Authority for the purpose of constructing an electrical power transmission line across the St. Thomas campus of the College in « exchange for specific services and benefits to be pro- vided by WAPA.
