ACT N0. 7371 BILL NO. 29-0345 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act granting a use variance to Parcel No. 69-3 Estate Contant, No. 7A Southside Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands zoned R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) to allow for the business of "retail and importer of goods" Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding title 29 Virgin Islands Code, section 238, a use variance from the R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) zoning designation is granted to Parcel No. 69-3 Estate Contant, No. 7A Southside Quarter, St. Thomas, Official Zoning Map No. STZ-4, consisting of approximately 6,000 sq. ft., as more fully described on PWD Map No. D9-8111-T008 to allow for the business of "retail and Importer of goods". All other requirements of the R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) continue to apply to the subject property. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on May 31, 2012.
