‘ACT NO.662% BILL NO. 25-0117 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2003 To provide for an appropriation from the Tourism Advertisement Revolving Fund to the Department of Housing, Parks and Recreation and the Department of Public Works for the fiscal year October 1, 2003 through September 30, 2004 ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. (a) The sums set forth in subsection (b), or so much thereof as may be necessary, are appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2004, from any fands available in the Tourism Advertising Revolving Fund, to the Department of Housing, Parks and Recreation, and the Department of Public Works, for various festival clean-ups and other expenses, and shall remain available until expended.
