In accordance with the Court’s directive, VIPD has incorporated the guidance set forth in the IMT Quarterly Reports and advises the Court of its ongoing efforts to achieve substantial compliance with the remaining paragraphs under the Consent Decree. Accordingly, VIPD advises the Court as follows: 1. Resolve Backlogged Cases Use of Force- As of January 21, 2026, VIPD has no backlogged UOF investigations in either district assigned to command staff. …
