ACT NO.6507 BILL NO. 24-0254 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2002 To ratify the Franchise Agreement between the Government of the Virgin Islands and EQUUS-St. Thomas Racing, Inc. ---0)--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The Agreement, dated February 4, 2002, captioned Virgin Islands Horse Racing Commission (V.J]. Commission) together with its District Commission, the St. Thomas Racing Commission and EQUUS-St. Thomas Racing, Inc, having been executed by the Chairmen of the V.J. and the St. Thomas Racing Commissions, respectively, and the President of EQUUS-St. Thomas Racing, Inc. and having been approved by the Governor pursuant to title 32, chapter 11, section 209, Virgin Islands Code, is hereby ratified. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on May 23, 2002.
