ACT NO, 66609 BILL NO. 25-0187 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2004 To name the main public road in the Estate Fortuna/Bordeaux area running westward from the police-fire substation continuing to the entrance of the Blue Water Crest Community after the late Ms. Daisy Robelta Bough ---Q--- WHEREAS, the late Daisy Robelta Bough came to St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, at the age of three to live with her Aunt Elisa and her husband Ivan Potter; and ~ WHEREAS, St. Thomas became Ms. Bough’s home, and she attended Mrs. Ramsey’s, Dober and Lincoln Elementary Schools and graduated from the Commandant Gade High School; and WHEREAS, Ms. Bough moved to New York City and lived there for fifteen years; and WHEREAS, while living in New York City, Ms. Bough worked at the National Card Co. on Delancy Street for four years and the Tru-Val Shirt Company, in the Empire State Building for eleven years, before deciding she had enough of the cold weather and returned home to St. …
