ACTNO, 7915 BILL NO. 31-0421 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act providing an appropriation for operating expenses of the Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority from the Sewer Waste Water Fund of the Government of the Virgin Islands during the fiscal year October |, 2016 through September 30, 2017 o+0)--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following sum, or so much as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Sewer Waste Water Fund for operating expenses including maintenance, supplies, machinery and equipment and other purposes to Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority for the fiscal year October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017. FISCAL YEAR 2017 2066 SEWER WASTE WATER FUND 620 VI WASTE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY TOTAL VI WASTE MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY $3,000,000 TOTAL SEWER WASTE WATER FUND $3,000,000 Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on September 21, 2016.
