Title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 1, is amended by adding a section “4b.” to read as follows: “4b. Division of Economic Research: (a) The Bureau of Economic Research, previously placed under the Office of the Governor by Executive Order, is transferred and re-established as a division within the Office of Management and Budget.
