ACTNO. 8593 BILL NO. 34-0247 THIRTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2022 An Act ratifying the Governor’s approval of Major Coastal Zone Management Permit CZX 14-17W issued to Silver Bay Corporation —-0--- WHEREAS, on November 23. 2021, the St. Croix Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Management Commission issued Major Coastal Zone Management Permit No. CZX-14-17W to Silver Bay Corporation for the continued use and occupancy ofa 150 ft. x 10 ft. wooden pier with a 45 ft. x 10 ft. “T” head as well as a 10 ft. by 2.5 ft. step and a small ramp off the southwestern corner of the dock which is loft, long and 1 ft. wide Seaward of parcels Nos. 36A and 36B Strand Street, Christiansted. St. Croix. US Virgin Islands.
