ACTNO. 7860 BILL NO. 31-0327 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act amending title 18 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 21, subchapter | relating to the prohibition of electioncering in the vicinity of a polling place and establishing a 200-feet arca in which electioneers is prohibited ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 18 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 21, subchapter I, section 556 subsection (a) is amended in the first sentence by striking the phrase “an area outside” and inserting 200 feet of and after “place” by inserting "property boundary lines, as”.
