Title 33 Virgin Islands Code, subtitle 3, chapter 111, section 3080 is 2 amended in the following instances: 3 (a) In subsection (f): 4 (1) insert “and subject to the limitations set forth in subsection (g)” after 5 “Notwithstanding his age”; 6 (2) strike “the” after “Lieutenant Governor’s” in paragraphs (a), (b), and (c); and 7 (3) re-designate paragraphs (a), (b), and (c) as paragraphs (1), (2), and (3), 8 respectively. …

The salary used to compute the Governor’s annuity must not exceed 7 $150,000 per annum and the salary used to compute the Lieutenant Governor’s salary must not 8 exceed $125,000 per annum. 9 BR25-0368/February 21, 2025/GC 10
