| ACTNO. 7000 BILL NO. 27-0171 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2008 An Act amending titles 16 and 31 V.I.C., Acts 6973, 6969 and 6884 and appropriating $1,000,000 for the paving and repair of Routes 76 and 766 on the island of St. Croix, and for other purposes ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 16, Virgin Islands Code, section 350 is amended as follows: qd) The existing paragraph is designated as subsection (a); and (2) Subsections (b) and (c) are added to read: “(b) The Government, through the Division of Paternity and Child Support, shall recoup, through reasonable means, all support erroneously disbursed to a child support obligee from that obligee and support due that obligee, with the consent of the oblige, either express or implied. …
