STAKEMANN, administiator of the above entitied Estate and pursuant to order of the District Court of the Virgin Islands of the United States dated THE 11TH DAY OF JANUARY 1923 the real property belonging to the aforesaid Estate of ARTHUR QUEALE, deceased, situate in the Island of St. Croix in Northside Quarter Letter B. registerad under No. 11, 12 and 13 in said Quarter and known as 7 ESTATES ’ Canaan, Betzy’s Jewel and Mount Pleasant, containing an area aggregating about 4014 acres of land with buildings thereon consisting of twvo dwelling houses con- taining respectively 3 and 2 rooms, vil- lage consisting of 20 rooms, and 1 pen, livestock comprising about 50 head of horned cattle, 3 mares, 1 foal, 2 mules, and 2donkeys and 1 colt. Implements 1 low rart and 1 waggon, will be offered for sale at a publiec auction to be held at the undersigned Vendue Office on . the 9th day of May 1923 AT 3 O’'CLOCKIN THE AFTERNOON. Conditions for the sale will be pro- duced at the auction. …
