DESIGNATION. 1 The part of the facility located at 4605 Estata Tutu 2 in Saint Thomas, Virgin Islands, which houses operations 3 of the United States Postal Service shall, for the period 4 of time during which it houses such operations, be known 5 and designated as the ‘‘Earle B. Ottley Post Office’’. 6 SEC. 2. REFERENCES. 7 Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, 8 paper, or other record of the United States to the part 9 of the facility referred to in section 1 shall, with respect 10 to the period referred to in section 1, be deemed to be 11 a reference to the Earle B.
