ACTNO, 7717 BILL NO. 30-0539 THIRTIETH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2014 An Act granting a zoning use variance for Parcel No. 46A Estate Nisky, St. Thomas Virgin Islands, to allow for a car rental company and used car sales ---0-—- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238a, a zoning use variance from the R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) zoning designation is granted for Parcel No. 46A Estate Nisky, No. 6 Southside Quarter, St. Thomas Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 2.175 U.S. acres, as more adequately shown on O.L.G Drawing No. D9-7062-T002, to allow for a car rental company and used car sales. All other requirements of the R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) Zoning designation continue to apply to the property.
