ACT NO. 6694 BILL NO. 25-0264 TWENTY-FIFTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2004 To appropriate monies for salaries, operating expenses and equipment of the Legislature of the Virgin Islands for fiscal year ending September 30, 2005 ---()--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. SECTION 3. Act No. 6482, section 3, as amended by Act No.6634 (Bill No. 25- 0030), section 21, is further amended in the first sentence by striking “five years after the effective date of this Act” and inserting in lieu thereof “30 years after the effective date of this Act, so long as the property is used for a multipurpose center as specified in Section 1 of Act No. 6482”; and by striking the second sentence in its entirety.
