The Contractor will provide Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) services, including claims adjudication, coordination of benefits and point-of-sale processing services to eligible clients who are uninsured through the DHS Pharmaceutical Assistant Program (PAP) maintain a comprehensive distribution network of pharmacies; and provide reporting that meets client level data requirements of CMS. Eligibility determination services for all of the persons applying to VI PAP will be performed by the USVIDHS PAP staff. …

OPCMR EXERCISE OF RENEWAL OPTION GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES VIRGIN ISLANDS LF DEPARTMENT OF PROPERTY & PROCUREMENT P048DHST22 CONTRACT NO.: PO87DHST20 DATED: December 28, 2019 EXERCISE OF RENEWAL OPTION Contractor Description of Scope of Work/Services ScriptGuideRx, Inc. 15400 E Jefferson Avenue Grosse Point, MI 48230 Pharmacy Benefit Management Services to include but not limited to: The Contractor will meet the medication needs of clients who meet the Department of Human Services (DHS) _ eligibility requirements in an effective and efficient manner. The Contractor will provide Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) services, including claims adjudication, coordination of benefits and point-of-sale processing services to eligible clients who are uninsured through the DHS Pharmaceutical Assistant Program (PAP) maintain a comprehensive distribution network of pharmacies; and provide reporting that meets client level data requirements of CMS. Eligibility determination services for all of the persons applying to VI PAP will be performed by the USVIDHS PAP staff. Contractor must have or be able to develop a mechanism to electronically receive and provide eligibility information that matches the data requirements of Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA). The contractor will assist with formulary creation, maintenance and revision, every two years pursuant to HRSA requirements, and rebate management services. The contractor will also be expected to facilitate quarterly formulary advisory committee meetings to provide guidance on medication trends, and formulary updates. Additionally, Contractor will serve as a OPCMR fiduciary agent for the PAP Program operated by the Department of Human Services. Pursuant to the renewal option provision of Contract No. P087DHST20, and subject to the appropriation and allotment of necessary funds, notice is hereby given that the Government of the U.S. Virgin Islands, Department of Human Services exercises its option to renew and does hereby renew the aforementioned contract for the period January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022 at the stipulated cost therein. All the terms, covenants, and conditions of the contract affected shall continue in full force and effect.
