Act No. 6301 (BILL NO. 23-0116) (Approved December 1, 1999) To provide for the lump-sum appropriation from the Health Revolving Fund for fiscal year October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2000 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. The following amounts, or so much thereof as may be necessary to accomplish the purposes specified are hereby appropriated from funds available or deposited in the Health Revolving Fund for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2000. SECTION 2. The budget of the Department of Health granted under this Act, is hereby exempted from the provisions of Title 2, chapter 2, section 28(b), Virgin Islands Code.
