Tile 12 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 21, section 911, subsection (d), paragraph (2) is amended by striking “or in the event the Legislature is not in session, by the Committee on Conservation, Recreation and Cultural Affairs”. SECTION 2. Ratification of Major Coastal Zone Permit CZT-5-99(W) Modified.
