ACTNO, 797¢ BILL NO. 31-0492 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act granting a zoning use variance for Parcels No. 19-2-101 and [9-2-102 Estate Smith Bay, Nos. 1, 2 & 3 East End Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, to allow for a business office space | Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3. section 238a, a zoning use variance from the R-2 (Residential - Low Density — One and Two Family) zoning designation is granted for Parcels No. 19-2-101 and 19-2-102 Estate Smith Bay, Nos. 1, 2 & 3 East End Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, both parcels combined consisting of approximately 0.621 U.S. acres, as more adequately shown on OLG Drawing No. D9-5266-T92., dated October 10, 1991, to allow for the conversion of a personal office space into a business office space. All the other requirements of the R-2 (Residential - Low Density — One and Two Family) zoning designation continue to apply to the property. …
