Francis, Jr., Donna A. Frett-Gregory, Angel L. Bolques, Jr., Marvin A. Blyden, Dwayne M. DeGraff and Diane T. Capehart Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1. Notwithstanding 32 V.I.C. § 246(a)(11), the sum of $950,000 is 2 appropriated from the Virgin Islands Lottery in the fiscal year October 1, 2024 through 3 September 30, 2025, as a contribution to the General Fund of the Treasury of the Government 4 of the Virgin Islands. 5 BR24-1312/BUDGET/September 18, 2024 6
