ACTNO. 6850 BILL NO. 26-0262 TWENTY-SIXTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2006 An Act amending the Official Zoning Map STZ-8 for parcels 4-A, 4-B, 4-1, 4-2, Rem-4, 5-A, 21-A, 22-A and 23-A Estate Thomas, St. Thomas from R-3 (Residential- Medium Density) to B-2 (Business-Secondary/Neighborhood) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3,. Official Zoning Map STZ-8 for the island of St. Thomas, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcels No. 4-A, 4-B, 4-1, 4-2, Rem-4, 5-A, 21-A, 22-A, and 23-A Estate Thomas, 6-A New Quarter, St. Thomas, consisting of approximately 3.18 U.S. acres, in total, as more adequately described on Department of OLG Drawings No.A9- 497-T96 and D9-6984-T001 from R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) to B-2 (Business- Secondary/Neighborhood).
