COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE/FLOOR BILL NO. 35-0256 Thirty-Fifth Legislature of the Virgin Islands April 10, 2024 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-1, St. John, Virgin Islands, rezoning Parcel No. 6-A Estate Susannaberg, No. 17 A Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to P (Public) PROPOSED BY: Senator Novelle E. Francis, Jr., by Request of the Governor Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official 2 Zoning Map No. SJZ-1 for the island of St. John, Virgin Islands, is amended by changing the 3 zoning designation of Parcel No. 6-A Estate Susannaberg, No. 17A Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, 4 consisting of 2.44 acres, as shown on survey drawing D9-7873-T006 dated September 10, 2006 5 from R-2 (Residential-Low Density-One and Two Family) to P (Public). 6 BILL SUMMARY 7 This bill provides for the rezoning of Parcel No. 6-A Estate Susannaberg, No. 17A Cruz 8 Bay Quarter, St. John. 9 BR24-0995/March 20, 2024/CBM 10 G35-046 11
