King Airport Gate 5 Apron Rehabilitation Project. PROPERTY COMMITTEE No actions were taken. PROJECTS & OPERATIONS COMMITTEE Allied Universal - Master Service Agreement Extension Authorized the Executive Director to extend the agreement with Allied Universal for an additional year for $150,000. Funding Source: VIPA Aviation Division Operations Budget Cyril E. King Airport 10-28 Runway Rehabilitation Project Awarded a contract to Island Roads Corporation for the pavement rehabilitation of Runway 10-28 at the Cyril E. King Airport (STT) in the amount not to exceed $26,787,608. Funding Source: • $24,108,847.10 FAA Grant • $2,678,760.80 VIPA VIPA Board Meeting Actions List May 21, 2025 Renewal of USDA-APHIS Cooperative Service Agreement-Wildlife Hazard Management Services (CEKA and HERA) Authorized the Executive Director to execute a two-year extension of the Cooperative Service Agreement (CSA) Amendment No. 1 between the Virgin Islands Port Authority and USDA-APHIS Wildlife Services for Wildlife Hazard Management at CEKA and HERA, as previously authorized on June 20, 2023. The agreement elements remain the same: required staff training, hazard mitigation and management, policy. guidance, and reporting under 14 CFR Part 139 for $350,934.
