BILL NO. 24-0050 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2001 To amend Official Zoning Map No. SCZ 10 for Plot No. 49J, Estate Whim, St: Croix from R-2 to B-3 and to accept into the public highway system of the Virgin Islands Road Plot No. 24-5-17, Estate Tabor and Harmony, St. Thomas ---0--- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29, chapter 3, Virgin Islands Code, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ 10 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation of Plot No. 49j, Estate Whim, West End Quarter consisting of 0.25 U.S. acres as more fully described on Public Works Drawing No. 1624 dated September 28, 1964 and revised on January 16, 1985 from R-2 (Residential-Low Density) to B-3:(Business-Scattered) =~ -:¢...:>: POLE me Sette SECTION 2.
