ACT NO. 8190 BILL NO. 32-0235 THIRTY-SECOND LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2018 An Act amending title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 23, section 415, subsection (b), paragraph (2), subparagraph (B) relating to the composition of the Board of Dental Examiners to authorize the appointment of a dental therapist to the Board an-Qeee Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 23, section 415, subsection (b), paragraph (2), subparagraph (B) is amended after “dental hygienist” by inserting “or dental therapist”.
