ACT NO, 7284 BILL NO. 29-0171 Twenty-Ninth Legislature Of The Virgin Islands Regular Session 2011 An Act providing an appropriation for operating expenses of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles of the Government of the Virgin Islands during the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2011, and ending September 30, 2012 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the use limitations of funds prescribed in 33 V.L-C., §3003a (e), the following sum or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from funds in the Transportation Trust Fund into the Bureau of Motor Vehicles Fund for operating expenses, including wages of salaried employees, of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles during the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2011, and ending September 30, 2012, as specified in this Act.
