Pursuant to 29 V.LC. § 238, Official Zoning Map STZ-4 for the island of St. Thomas is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 8-1-C Estate Neltjberg (Western Section), No. 6 Little Northside Quarter, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 0.740 U.S. actes, as more adequately described on OLG Map. No. A9-572-T002 from R-1 (Residential — Low Density) to R-2 (Residential — Low Density — One and Two Family). Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on March 23, 2011.
