ACT NO.6499 BILL NO. 24-0202 TWENTY-FOURTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Regular Session 2001 To amend title 33, chapter 111, Virgin Islands Code, to establish the Virgin Islands Public High School Site Based Management Fund and to authorize the Commissioner of Education to develop and adopt policies for implementation for site based management and to make several appropriations ---)-—- BE IT ENACTED by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Title 33, chapter 111, Virgin Islands Code, is amended by adding a new section 3100e to read as follows; “ §3100e. Virgin Islands Public High Schools Site Based Management Fund (a) There is established a separate and distinct fund in the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands to be designated as the “Virgin Islands Public High Schools Site Based Management Fund” (hereinafter the “Fund”). The Commissioner of Finance shall provide for the administration of the Fund as separate and apart from all other funds of the Government. …
