ACT NO, 7432 BILL NO. 29-0413 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act providing for an appropriation from the Tourism Advertising Revolving Fund to the Economic Development Authority, the Virgin Islands Police Department, the Department of Public Works, the Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority and the Department of Tourism during the fiscal year October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2013 ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the use limitations prescribed in 33 V.I.C. §3072 (c), the following sums or so much of them as may be necessary are appropriated in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2013, from the Tourism Advertising Revolving Fund, to: (a) The Economic Development Authority, to conduct traveler exit surveys; (b) The Virgin Islands Police Department for police operations on St. Thomas/St. John and St. Croix; (c) The Department of Public Works and the Waste Management Authority to fund various festival clean-ups; and (d) The Department of Tourism for various festivals. …
