GOVERNMENT OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS OF THE UNITED STATES Public Services Commiission IN RE Docket No. 612 PETITION OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS WATER Order No. 68/2015 & POWER AUTHORITY FOR AN ANNUAL INCREASE OF $18M IN BASE RATES FOR THE ELECTRIC DEPARTMENT i dd DOCKET SPECIFIC ASSESSMENT ORDER By action taken in the noticed meeting of the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission on Tuesday June 30, 2015, and pursuant to Title 30, Section 25, of the Virgin Islands Code, the following assessment is made to the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority: Docket Description Amount No. 612 WAPA - Petition for Ann. Rev. Increase of $ 10,150.00 Base Rates for Electric Department Full payment is to be made within twenty (20) days of the date of this Order. Funds are to be deposited in the Treasury of the United States Virgin Islands in a special account to be maintained and administered by the Commissioner of Finance designated the Special Public Utility Deposit Account as prescribed by law.
