ACTNO. 7078 BILL NO. 28-0061 TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2009 An Act to rezone Parcel No 5A-1, Estate Enighed, No. | Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, from R-4 (Residential-Medium Density) to B-2 (Business-Secondary) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to the provisions of title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-2 for the island of St. John, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 5A-1 Estate Enighed, No. 1 Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John, consisting of approximately 0.236 U.S. acres, as more adequately described on Department of Public Works Drawing No. D9-8100-T008 from R-4 (Residential-Medium Density) to B-2 (Business-Secondary).
