ACTNO. 7398 BILL NO. 29-0375 TWENTY-NINTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2012 An Act ratifying the Governor’s approval of Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-05-11(W) and Major Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-06-11(FL) issued to IGY-AYH St. Thomas Holdings, LLC (American Yacht Harbor) ---0--- WHEREAS, the St. Thomas Committee of the Virgin Islands Coastal Zone Commission issued two Major Coastal Zone Permits to IGY-AYA St. Thomas Holdings, LLC (American Yacht Harbor) on April 12, 2012; and WHEREAS, Coastal Zone Permit No. CZT-05-11(W) authorizes the continued use and occupancy of: qd) Submerged land consisting of 4.36 acres or 189,920 sq. ft; Five wooden docks totaling 21,725 sq. ft; Twenty-Eight finger piers, with a total of 131 slips; A ten-foot wide boardwalk connecting the five docks; A rock armor wall that runs parallel to the existing boardwalk; A boat-fueling station; ) (8) A Reverse Osmosis pipe under B Dock; and Boat sewage pump-out facilities; and WHEREAS, Coastal Zone Permit No. …
