ACTNO, 7166 BILL NO. 28-0212 TWENTY-EIGHTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2010 An Act to rezone Parcel No. 3Abc Cruz Bay Town, Cruz Bay Quarter, St. John from W-1 (Waterfront — Pleasure) to R-4 (Residential-Medium Density) and to grant the subject property a use variance wen(Jece Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, the Official Zoning Map No. SJZ-7 for the island of St. John, is amended by changing the zoning designation for Parcel No. 3 Abe Cruz Bay Town, Cruz Bay Quarter, consisting of approximately 0.26 acres, from W-1 (Waterfront—Pleasure) to R-4 (Residential-Medium Density). SECTION 2. Pursuant to 29 V.I.C., §238a, a use variance is granted from R-4 zoning designation to operate a Sundry shop. Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on March 9, 2010.
