FLOOR BILL NO. 35-0192 Thirty-Fifth Legislature of the Virgin Islands October 27, 2023 An Act amending Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-18, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, to allow for the rezoning of Plots No. 19 and 20 Prince Street, Town of Frederiksted, St. Croix, Virgin Islands and Plots No. 50, 51 and 52 Hospital Street, Frederiksted Town, St. Croix, Virgin Islands, from R-4 (Residential-Medium Density) to R-3 (Residential-Medium Density) PROPOSED BY: Senator Novelle E. Francis, Jr., by Request of the Governor Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: 1 SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, section 238, Official 2 Zoning Map No. SCZ-18 for the island of St. Croix, Virgin Islands, is amended by changing 3 the zoning designation of Plots No. 19 and 20 Prince Street, of the Town of Frederiksted, St. 4 Croix, Virgin Islands, consisting of approximately 9,625 square feet, more or less, as more fully 5 shown on Measure Brief attached with the Lieutenant Governor’s Office, dated December 15, 6 2005, and Plots No. …
