ACTNO. 6912 BILL NO. 27-0034 TWENTY-SEVENTH LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2007 An Act rezoning Plot Nos. 127-B and 127-C Estate Smithfield-Hesselberg and Two Brothers, West End Quarter, St. Croix from W-1 (Waterfront-Pleasure) to R-3 (Residential Medium Density) ---0--- Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 29 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 3, Official Zoning Map No. SCZ-10 for the island of St. Croix is amended by changing the zoning designation for Plot Nos. 127-B and 127-C Estate Smithfield-Hesselberg and Two Brothers, West End Quarter, St. Croix, consisting of approximately 0.4730 U.S. acres and 0.2600 U.S. acres respectively, as more adequately described on Department of Public Works Drawing No. 1246, dated July 10, 1962, from W-1 (Waterfront-Pleasure) to R-3 (Residential Medium Density).
