ACTNO. 7950 BILL NO. 31-0499 THIRTY-FIRST LEGISLATURE OF THE VIRGIN ISLANDS Regular Session 2016 An Act ratifying and approving the Fourth Amendment to the Agreement for Medical Health Insurance and the First Amended and Restated Agreement for Medical Health Insurance between the Government of the Virgin Islands and United Healthcare Insurance Company and its affiliates Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands: SECTION 1. Pursuant to title 3 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 25, subchapter VIII, the Legislature of the Virgin Islands ratifies and approves the Fourth Amendment to Agreement for Medical Health Insurance and the First Amended and Restated Agreement for Medical Health Insurance between the Government of the Virgin Islands, through GESC Health Insurance Board of Trustees, the University of the Virgin Islands, and the Virgin Islands Housing Authority, and United Healthcare Insurance Company and its affiliates, which is attached to this act, as Appendix A and Appendix B, respectively and made a part of this act. …
