Title 23 Virgin Islands Code, chapter 19, subchapter III, section 1556, 2 subsection (a) is amended by striking “one hundred dollars” and inserting “$350” and by 3 inserting after the first sentence the following: “The Adjutant General shall increase the pension 4 annuity every five years to reflect the changes in the Consumer Price Index as established by the 5 U.S. …
