Dear Ms. Kwan: On behalf of the Tutu Environmental Investigation Committee (TEIC), Geraghty & Miller, Inc. is pleased to submit 12 copies of the Draft Remedial Investigation (RI) Report for the Tutu Wells Site, St. Thomas, USVI. We have also submitted two copies of this report directly to Ms. Sally Odlund of Camp, Dresser & McKee (CDM) Federal Programs Corporation. As discussed, we have included one copy of the soil and groundwater data validation report with attachments (from Appendices K and L, respectively from the RI report).
